Section 15, The Borrowers and Lenders Act, 2014

(1) Subject to sub-regulation (2), a person identified asthe lender in a registered form of a security interest may register an amendment relating to that registration. . (2) The person identified as the lender in an amendment form under sub-regulation (1), shall be the only person eligible to register an amendment where there is a change replacing the person originally identified as the lender. (3) The registration of an amendment shall be ineffective unless authorised by the person identified in the registered amendment form as the lender.
