Section 16, The Borrowers and Lenders Act, 2014

(1) An amendment form shall contain in the relevantdesignated field-
(a) the registration number; and
(b) the information to be added or deleted.
(2) An amendment form may relate to one or more items
of information.
(3) An amendment form may identify a person appointed
as a receiver or manager under section 50 of the Act.
