Section 76, The Insurance Act, 2016

(1) Every insurer shall forward to the Commissioner acopy of the contract offered to every class of licence holder specified in subsection (2) of section 73 or subsection (1) of section 79. (2) If, any insurer deviates from the contract filed with the Commissioner, he shall forward to the Commissioner a statement showing the deviation between the contract offered and the specimen filed with the Commissioner.
