Section 77, The Insurance Act, 2016

If at any time the Commissioner is of the opinion that thereis need to regulate the contracts between insurers and any or all the
classes of agents specified in subsection (2) of section 73, he may,
by notification in the Gazette, specify the conditions that will be
deemed to be included in the contracts of all or any of the classes of
agents.
