Section 78, The Insurance Act, 2016

The Commissioner may, by notice in writing, require anyinsurance agent, special agent or chief agent to supply him with any
information relating to his insurance business and the insurance
agent, special agent or chief agent shall comply with such requirement
within such period after the receipt of the notice as may be specified
in the notice.
