(1) The Board shall have the control and supervision ofthe Authority, including overseeing the sound and proper financial
management of the Authority.
(2) The Board shall provide policy guidance and advice
that will secure the efficient implementation of the functions of the
Authority and enhance the overall performance of the Authority.
