Section 20, The National Youth Service Act, 2016

(1) The National Directorate shall have the followingdepartments– (a) finance and administration; (b) programmes, recruitment and training; (c) research, monitoring and evaluation; (d) communication department; and (e) any other department the Board deems necessary. (2) The departments referred to in subsection (1) shall each be headed by a director.
