(1) The Board may defer a college or universitygraduate's enlistment in the service scheme on the following grounds–

Regional
offices.
Funds of
Service.
Accounts
and audit.
Compulsory
service.
Form.
Exemptions.
Deferment.
Annual
report.
(a) medical;
(b) graduates pursuing educationl opportunities
abroad;
(c) any other reasonable cause for deferment.
(2) The Board shall issue a letter of deferment to a
graduate whose enlistment is deferred under subsection (1)
30 . A service corp shall subscribe to the pledge set out in the
Second Schedule.
