Section 47: Any person not being a service participant who–

(a) is found in possession of any article which has been supplied to a service corp for the execution of his duty, or (b) without lawful authority manufactures, sells or supplies or offers to sell or supply any insignia used to indicate that a person is a service corp commits an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not less than five million Leones and not exceeding ten million Leones or to imprisonment for a term of two years or to both the fine and imprisonment.
