Section 46, The National Youth Service Act, 2016

A person not being a service corp and wears the uniformof a service corps commits an offence and shall be liable on conviction
to a fine not less than five million Leones and not exceeding ten
million Leones or to imprisonment for a term of one year or to both
the fine and imprisonment.
