Section 45, The National Youth Service Act, 2016

A person who knowingly gives false information or submitsfalse documents for the purposes of this Act commits an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine of not less than five million Leones and not exceeding ten million Leones or to imprisonment for a term of two years or to both the fine and imprisonment.
