Section 69, The Public Procurement Act, 2016

(1) The Public Procurement Act, 2004 is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding the repeal of the Public Procurement
Act, 2004 under subsection (1), any order, rules, notices or regulation
made under the repealed Act and in force immediately before the
coming into force of this Act shall, unless revoked, continue in force.
