(1) The Minister shall conduct a review of the quantitativetargets in specific sectors established under this Act every two years
with a view to ensuring a measurable and continuous growth in
Sierra Leonean content in all projects, operations, activities and
transactions in the sectors covered by this Act.
(2) The Agency shall make standing orders regulating its
proceedings and those of its standing committees in consultation
with the Minister.
