Section 75: Upon the commencement of this Act-

(a) all rights, liabilities, assets, obligations and
privileges of the Local Content Unit are
hereby transferred, conferred or imposed on
the Agency;
(b) a reference in any deed, contract, bond,
security or other legal document to the Local
Content Unit shall have full force and effect
and be enforceable as fully and effectually
as if the Agency has been named therein and
has been a party thereto.
