(1) The Agency shall have a Chief-Executive who shallbe the administrative head of the Agency and shall be appointed by
the President subject to the approval of Parliament.
(2) A person appointed as Chief-Executive shall have
proven knowledge of business, finance, project management,
management of Small and Medium Enterprises or other related
business disciplines.
