Section 14, Development Agency Act, 2016

The Chief-Executive shall be responsible to the Board forthe performance of the following functions– (a) executing the policies of the Board in the control and management of the Agency; (b) ensuring that annual performance targets set by the Board are achieved ; (c) submitting to the Board, a report on the activities and finances of the Agency every (3) months; (d) selling or exchanging any property or making donations; (e) borrowing and lending money; and (f) entering into any contract which exceeds the prescribed amount applicable to the Agency under the Public Procurement Act.
