Section 15, Development Agency Act, 2016

(1) The Agency shall have, in addition to the Chief- Executive Officer, a secretariat consisting of a Secretary, Finance Officer, Administrative Officer and such other additional technical and administrative staff, as may be required for the efficient performance of the functions of the Agency. (2) The Secretary and the other staff of the Agency shall be appointed by the Board in consultation with the Chief Executive, on such terms and conditions as the Board shall determine. 12 13 Appointment of Chief Executive.
