Section 14, The Sierra Leone Export Promotion Council Act, 1981 [Margin: Short title.]

(1) It shall be lawful for the Council or any officer generally or specially authorised by the Council to call for any information on the production, collection or processing of any export goods, from any person or organization. (2) The Chairman with the approval of the directors may convene a general assembly of all registered exporters whenever they deem it necessary but not less than once in any financial year.
