Section 15, The Sierra Leone Export Promotion Council Act, 1981 [Margin: Short title.]

(1) The Council shall, in consultation with the Public Service Commission, appoint such officers, servants and agents as it considers necessary for the efficient exercise, performance and discharge of its powers, duties and functions. (2) The officers, servants and agents shall be remunerated in such manner and at such rates, and shall be subject to such conditions of service, as may be determined by rules made by the Council in consultation with the Public Service Commission. (3) At the request of the Council any officer in the Public Service may, in accordance with laid down procedures, be temporarily appointed to the staff of the Council for such period as may be determined by the Council or be permanently appointed to such staff. 16 No. 8 Sierra Leone Export Promotion Council 1981 [Margin: Export Promotion Secretariat.]
