Section 4, The Summary Conviction Offences (Amendment) Act, 1981

Section 12 of the principal Act is hereby amended by the deletion of the words "three hundred leones" appearing in the ninth and tenth lines thereof and the substitution therefor of the words "one thousand leones", and by the deletion of the words "one year" appearing in the eleventh and twelfth lines thereof and the substitution therefor of the words "five years".
