Section 5: Subsections (1) and (2) of Section 13 of the principal Act are hereby amended:—

(a) by the deletion of the words "three hundred leones" appearing in the seventh line of subsection (1) and in the nineteenth line of subsection (2) thereof and the substitution therefor of the words "two thousand leones" in each case; and (b) by the deletion of the words "one year" appearing in the eighth line of subsection (1) and in the twentieth line of subsection (2) thereof and the substitution therefor of the words "five years" in each case.
