Section 14, The Persons With Disability Act, 2011

(1) Every person with disability shall have a right to freeeducation in tertiary institutions accredited by the Tertiary Education Commission and approved by the Ministry responsible for education. (2) The Government shall ensure the structural adaptation of educational institutions to make them easily accessible to persons with disability. (3) Every school shall provide facilities for learning by people with disability.
