(1) A person with disability shall not be denied admissionto or expelled from an educational institution by reason only of his

special needs of persons with disability with respect to the use of
school facilities, class schedules, physical education requirements
and other similar considerations.
(3) A person who contravenes subsection (1) commits
an offence.
