(1) The proceeds of Government securities issued insupport of monetary policy objectives shall be deposited in an account
at the Bank of Sierra Leone and shall be used to redeem those securities
only.
(2) Any cost to Government resulting from issuance of
Government securities in support of monetary policy objectives shall
be fully reimbursed by the Bank of Sierra Leone, unless the Minister
directs otherwise.
