Section 9, The Public Debt Management Act, 2011.

(1) Subject to subsection (2), the issuance of Governmentsecurities outside Sierra Leone shall be in such mode as the Minister
shall approve.
(2) The terms and conditions of securities issued outside
Sierra Leone shall be subject to the approval of Parliament.
