Njala University College In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires "Authority" means any of the Authorities of the Collees establislhed by or prescribed under section 6; * Board" means the board of a faculty of the College esta blished or prescribed under section 9; College means the Njala University College established under section 3: "Council" means the Council of the College established under scction 7: " Senate *" meams the Senate of the College established under section 8; Statutes " means the Statutes of the College set out in the Schedule and any other Statutes made in pursuance of subsection (4) of section 7.
