Section 3, The Njala University College Act, Short title 1964

There is hereby established a University College to be calledthe Njala University College, which shall be a body corporate having perpetual succession and a common seal and may sue and be sued in its corporate name and shall have power to acquire and hold property movable and immovable and to sell, mortgage, alienate or lease the said property.
