Section 10, The Road Transport Corporation Act, 1964

The Corporation shall pay to the members thereof suchtion of mem- remuneration, fees and allowances for expenses as may be deter* mined by the Minister after consultation with and the prior approval of the Minister of Finance: 9. Any member having a personal interest, whether pecu niary or otherwise, direct or indirect, in any company or concernwith which the Corporation proposes to make any contract, or any interest in such contract, shall disclose to the Corporation the fact of such interest and the nature thereof, and such dis closure shall be recorded in the minutes of the Corporation, and such member shall take no part in any deliberation or deci sion of the Corporation relating to such contract. Provided that other than such as the Minister shall be Road TransporrCorporation no such remuneration, fees or allowances may be expressly authorised in writing by paid to any member who is apublic ofñcer.
