Section 2: In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires

"Chairman" means the person appointed to be Chairman of the Corporation under section 5 and includes any temporary Chaitman so appointed; "Coporation " means the Sierra Leone Road Transport Corporation established under the provisions of section 3: General Manager Corporation: means the General Manager of the gOOds " includes animals, alive or dead: member of the Corporation " or "member " includes the Chairman, a temporary Chairman, and any tem. porary member of the Corporation; "Minister " except where otherwise expressed or des. cribed mcans the Minister for the time being charged with responsibility for communications; " Road Transport Department" means the Road Transport Department of the Government; " Secretary" means the Secretary appointed under sec tion 17: " stock " includes all stocks, bonds and other securities issued by the Corporation for money borrowed or loan capital raised by it, whether secured or unsecured and by whatever name described; " vesting day" means such date as the Minister shall by notice published in the Gazette appoint for the vest ing in the Corporation of the assets described in the First Schedule in accordance with section 21.
