(1) In any suit pending before a Court the Corporation Representamay be represented at any stage of the proceedings by any servant tion 0*of the Corporation who shall satisfy the Court that he is duly hearing ofporation at suit. authorised in writing by the Corporation in that behalf. Repeal of Cap. 137 and saving of orders, etc. (2) For the purposes of this Part, " suit " incudes action and means a civil proceeding commenced by writ of sumnmons or in such other manner as may be prescribed by rules of Court but does include a criminal proceeding.
