DECREE Supplement to the Sierra Leone Gazette Vol. CXXIV, No. 8 dated 25th February, 1993 N.P.R.C. Decree No. 1 [Coat of Arms] 1993 Sierra Leone The Imposition of Curfew (Amendment) Decree, 1993 [Margin: Short title.] Being a Decree to amend the Imposition of Curfew Decree, 1992 [ ] [Margin: Date of Commencement.] PURSUANT to paragraph 3 of the Proclamation entitled "The Administration of Sierra Leone (National Provisional Ruling Council) Proclamation, 1992", the National Provisional Ruling Council makes and issues the following Decree— 2 No. 1 Imposition of Curfew (Amendment) Decree 1993 [Margin: Replacement of Section 3(2) of Decree No. 3 of 1992.]

Subsection (2) of section 3 of the Imposition of Curfew Decree, 1992 is repealed and replaced by the following new subsection— "(2) A person convicted of an offence under subsection (1) shall be liable to a fine of not less than ten thousand leones or to imprisonment for a term of not more than three months or to both such fine and imprisonment."
