Section 1, NPRC DECREE N0.1 1993

Subsection (2) of section 3 of the Imposition of Curfew Decree, 1992 is repealed and replaced by the following new subsection— "(2) A person convicted of an offence under subsection (1) shall be liable to a fine of not less than ten thousand leones or to imprisonment for a term of not more than three months or to both such fine and imprisonment."
