(l) A member ofiheN*ional Board who has any interest,whether direct or indirect in aDy matter being considered or to be
considered by the National Board, shall disclose the nature of his
interest to ihe National Board and the disclosure shall be recorded in
the minutes of the National Board and such member shall not take
part in any deliberation or decision ofthe Natiooal Board relating to
that matter.
(2) A member of the National Board r ho contravenes
subsection (l) shall be guilty ofmisconduct and shall be removed
from the National Board.
