(1) An action or other proceedings shall not lie or beinstituted against a member ofthe National Board or member ofa
commiitee oflhe National Board for or in resPect ofany act or thing
done or omitted to be done in good faith in the exercise of his
frmctions under this Act.
(2) A member ofthe Naional Bord shall not be Personally
liable for any debt or obligatioa ofthe Ministry.
