Section 107, The Employment Act, 2023

A person, who suffers disability after the employment, shallnot be terminated if his residual capacity for work is such that he can be found employable in the same or some other corresponding job in the same workplace, but if no such corresponding job can be found, the employment may be terminated by notice.
