(1) An individual or institution shall not engage in labouror labour related research in Sierra Leone unless he - (a) informs the Commissioner in writing prior to the commencement of such research; and (b) submits the following documents to the Commissioner - (i) a hard copy of the full research proposal; (ii) brief curriculum vitae of the lead researcher; and (iii) any other relevant document or information that may be required by the
