Section 30: There shall be, within the Ministry or in such places as the

Minister may, after consultation with the Commissioner determine,
employment centres which shall be responsible to-
(a) receive and display job vacancies from
employees-
(b) receive and register applications for
employment-
(c) issue labour cards; and
(d) unemployment certificates.
