(1) An employer shall provide his worker with work inaccordance with the worker’s expressed or implied contract of (2) An employer shall not be liable to provide work where interruptions to his business activities are caused by- (a) force majeure; (b) strike, go-slow or other industrial action; (c) economic insecurity or technological reasons which result in a shortage or reduction of work that is beyond the employer’s control.
