Section 58, The Employment Act, 2023

(1) Where work stores for the sale of commodities toworkers are established or services are operated in connection with
a workplace, the workers concerned shall be free from any coercion
to make use of such stores or services.
(2) Goods and services in work stores shall be provided
at fair and reasonable prices.
