Section 21, Agricultural Research Institute Act 2007 (Act No. 25 of 2007), to

(1) The Director-General shatl be the Chief Scientific FuDotions of Officer, D tor4eneral, ChiefExecutive Officer, a&ninistrative head !ffi' and vote controller of the Institute and shall be under the geneml supervision of the Council.
