(1) The limits of supply by the Company shall be the areadelineated as the “Limits of supply of the Guma Valley Water
Company” and set out in the Third Schedule.
(2) The Commission may by statutory instrument, upon
recommendations made to him by the Company, vary the limits of
supply of the Company and such variation shall contain such
incidental, consequential and supplementary provisions necessarily
required or expedient.
