Section 15, Act, 2002 (Act No 12 0f 2002);

(1) The Company shall provide, in its mains, a supply ofsufficient water for the domestic purposes of its consumers and in compliance with the water quality standards prescribed by the Sierra Leone Standards Bureau. (2) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Act, the Company shall not be subject to any liability for failure to provide constant supply if such failure arises from unusual drought or other unavoidable cause or accident or the execution of necessary work.
