(1) No person shall put water to use for purposesother than those for which water is supplied by the Company.
(2) Any person who contravenes subsection (1) commits
an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding Le.
3,000,000.00 or to a term of imprisonment not exceeding 6 months or
to both the fine and imprisonment.
