(1) The Guma Valley Water Company (Act, Act No. 3 of 1961) is hereby repealed. (2) Not withstanding subsection (1) any orders, regulations or other instruments made under the repealed Act shall remain in force and be deemed to have been made under the corresponding provisions of this Act until such time as the orders regulations or other instruments are amended, revoked or replaced by orders, regulations or instruments made under this Act.
