(1) The Agency shall have a Director-General who shallbe the administrative head of the Agency, appointed by the President subject to the approval of Parliament. (2) The Director-General shall be a person with- (a) formal qualification in any profession relevant or appropriate to the functions of the Agency; and (b) proven ability in public administration and management. (3) The Director-General shall hold office on such terms and conditions as shall be specified in his letter of appointment.
