(1) The Director-General shall be assisted by other Directors who shall be in charge of such departments of the Agency established by the Board as may be necessary for the performance of the functions of the Agency including - (a) the Water Planning, Research and Policy Department; (b) the Monitoring, Data Collection and Information Technology Department; (c) the Finance and Administration Department; and (d) the Regulation, Enforcement and Public Relations Department. (2) A Director shall be appointed by the Board on such terms and conditions as shall be specified in his letter of appointment.
