Section 17, Academy Act , 2017

(1) The Academic Board shall establish a Disciplinary Committee which shall, based on the principles of natural justice, inquire into charges of misconduct referred to it by the Academic Board, report its finding and make recommendations to the Academic Board for disciplinary action. (2) A Disciplinary Committee established under subsection (1) shall consist of the following members- (a) the Principal of the Academy who shall be the Chairman; (b) the Vice-Principal of the Academy; (c) the Dean of each faculty; 12 13 Registrar.
