(1) The activities of the Academy shall be financed byfunds consisting of–
(a) any monies appropriated from time to time
by Parliament for the purposes of the
(b) tuition fees and income earned by the
(c) research grants, gifts and donations; and
(d) monies otherwise accruing to the Academy
in the course of its activities.
(2) The funds of the Academy shall be applied only for
the purposes of the approved budget of the Academy.
