Section 35, the Local Government Act, 2004, exercising authority

(1) The Company shall establish departments as it deemsnecessary for the performance of its functions.
(2) Without prejudice to the generality of subsection (1),
the Company shall establish the following departments-
(a) Water supply;
(b) Commercial;
(c) Planning, Research and Information
Technology;
(d) Finance and Administration; and
(e) Rural and Community Water and Sanitation.
