Section 37, The Independent Media Commission Act, 2000. [Margin: Short title.]

(1) The Commission shall establish and keep a register in such form as the Commission may determine and shall record in it— No. 12 Independent Media Commission Act 2000 37 (a) licences and any registration granted under this Act and the relevant terms and conditions of such licences and registrations; and (b) suspension and cancellations of licences and registrations. (2) The register shall be open for public inspection during such hours and subject to the payment of such fees as the Commission may determine. (3) Any person may upon the payment of the prescribed fee require the Commission to supply him with an extract from any part of the register. [Margin: Regulations.]
